Anonymous said...: This rather makes a mockery of the biblical account of Genesis and the notion that God created humans in his very own image. If this be so then the scientific facts provide that God must be a beast. Rather, Genesis was created by primitive people evolving threw a Stone Age mentality. Unknown said...: I now live in a country (until fairly recently a chain of waring islands) where I have had to revise my views on Biblical issues. Despite often feeling that the missionaries were a pretty weird bunch, I now understand that without them this place could still be populated by cannibals. The more cultures I live in the less simple my beliefs become. Little safe NZ is not always the best place to form attitudes one can apply universally.
